Juicy Strawberry Sweetness - Oh my!

A part of what we do at Mulch is to introduce ourselves and our friends to unique coffees from around the world, roasted from companies we enjoy and believe in. Tonight at TEDxPhoenix we’ll be introducing a coffee that has us all pumped and ready to serve!

Introducing the Panama Elida Estate Natural roasted by our friends at PTs Coffee. For the past four years this coffee has earned high marks during coffee review and in 2007 Elida Estate placed 3rd in the best of Panama competition.

The term “Natural” speaks of the coffee’s processing method, where the coffee cherry dries to the inner seed (coffee bean) and the cherry imparts its flavor to the bean.

What we taste: a delicate body with a strawberry sweetness - this coffee will remind you of an herbal tea. Meet this coffee with an open mind, leaving behind ideas of how coffee “should” be and see for yourself how unique coffee can truly taste!

If you’re a TEDx attendee, stop by and try this magnificent coffee. We’ll also be at Old Town Farmer’s Market in Scottsdale tomorrow from 8a-1pm and have a limited amount of retail bags for home brewing.

Girl and the Goat Charity Dinner ⇢

This past weekend, The Accidental Yard (the larger space Mulch Coffee is a part of) hosted Season 4 Top Chef with valley roots, Stephanie Izard. As a part of her cookbook release she’s teamed up with chefs from across the country to “wow” a crowd with their cooking in many cities throughout the country; all for the benefit of Share of Strength.

Thank you to Shelby Moore who wrote the above linked blog for assisting as our bar-back throughout the evening. Shelby is studying Journalism at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School.

Tomorrow Night... ⇢

Worth the wait.

Stay tuned for what’s next….
